What's Covered
If a hand-stitched seam fails from normal wear at any point while you own the piece, we'll repair it — free, no time limit.
What's Not Covered
Normal aging (color change, softening, developing a patina) isn't a defect — it's exactly what full-grain leather is supposed to do, and it's not covered because it's not damage. Damage from misuse, accidents, or extreme conditions (like prolonged water exposure) also isn't covered under warranty, though we're always happy to talk through repair options either way.
How to File a Claim
Email whiskeygrainleather@gmail.com with a couple of photos of the stitching issue and your order number if you have it. We'll get back to you with next steps — usually a simple mail-in repair.
