How long does it take to get my order?
Standard pieces ship within 2-3 business days. Custom orders and Maker's Select pieces are made after you order, so they typically take ,2-3 weeks, every piece is worth the wait.
How does a Custom order work?
Pick your Base Leather, Thread, and Leather Pocket colors from the color guide, then place your order — we'll confirm the details and get started. Custom pieces are final sale except in the case of a defect.
What is Maker's Select?
A small run of individually numbered pieces — once a number sells, it's gone. Each one is one of ten, not a standard restock.
What does "full-grain" actually mean?
Full-grain means we use the top layer of the hide — the strongest, most durable part, and the part that develops real character over time. A lot of cheaper leather goods use lower layers of the hide that don't age nearly as well.
Will my leather change color over time?
Yes — that's the point. Full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather darkens and develops a richer patina the more you carry it. See our Care Guide for how to help it age well.
What's covered under the lifetime warranty?
Stitching failures — if a seam gives out from normal wear, we'll fix it, free, for as long as you own the piece. See our Warranty for the full details and how to file a claim.
Do you ship internationally?

Can I return a piece if I change my mind?

Every piece is handmade in Fort Wayne, Indiana — one bench, cut and stitched by hand, no factories involved.
